An electricity supplementary heater is provided that the connection plug can be most simply connected to the contact lug. An electricity supplementary heater comprises a layered structure, a housing adapting the layered structure, a contact lug for connecting heater to the power source. The layered structure includes one or more PTC heating element, a generation of heat element including the printed circuit conductor(34) for supplying the electricity to the PTC heating element, one or more heat dissipation elements connected for the generation of heat element and heat conduction. The contact lug is formed in the stamped sheet metal piece(120) electrically connected to the selected printed circuit conductor.
