PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, a navigation method, and a navigation program which are less likely to be affected by the external surroundings without requiring special installation setting and which are capable of performing guidance while taking into account of the traffic lane along which the own vehicle travels. SOLUTION: The navigation device 1 includes: a position detection part 14 calculating the current position of a mobile body traveling a road; a left turn determination part 18 calculating an on-link left turn start position P2 where the mobile body starts the left turn and a virtual road width W1 at the position; an information storage part 16 storing the calculated on-link left turn start position P2 and the virtual road width W1 in road link information; and a traveling traffic lane determination part 19 determining the traffic lane along which the mobile body travels using a differential value W3 between the virtual road width W1 and the actual measured road width W2 that is a distance from the current position P6 to the road link RL1 representing the road along which the mobile body currently travels.
