PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply record moving image data without being conscious that a loaded disk is recorded based on which standards. SOLUTION: The disk 112 meets a DVD_VIDEO standard. A UDF 1.05 file system 104 records a moving image stream and a control information file based on the AVCHD standard when recording by the AVCHD standard.
