PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm function setting device which has a countermeasure when set function falls under use limit for surely executing alarm function, and to provide a mobile terminal device, an alarm function setting method, an alarm function setting program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The device has an alarm setting means for setting an alarm, a list storing means for storing use limit items to alarm set items and a use limit list registering the countermeasure when it falls under the use limit items, a determination means for determining whether an item falls under the use limit items if the alarm is set, a use limit item display means for calling up and displaying the countermeasure of the relevant use limit item from the list storing means when it is determined that there is an item falling under the use limit items, a countermeasure selecting means for selecting a countermeasure among the displayed countermeasures by selecting a specific key and a use limit avoiding means for executing the selected countermeasure.
