PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations of intensity reduction caused by wiring resistance of an upper transparent electrode of an organic light-emitting element. SOLUTION: The upper transparent electrode 10 of the organic light-emitting element 2 is electrically connected with a current supply line 121 located in the same layer as a scanning line 106 and extended in a parallel direction in a contact hole section 122. That is, after forming a hole transport layer 5 and an electron transport layer 9 of the organic light-emitting element 2 on the whole display range, the contact hole section 122 is removed, and the current supply line 121 and the upper transparent electrode 10 are electrically connected.
