PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device repairing method readily automating a repairing step with high throughput. SOLUTION: In the repairing method of an organic light emitting device including a plurality of organic light emitting elements having organic layers with at least light emitting layers included therein and disposed between first and second electrodes on a substrate, a foreign substance in a defectively emitting organic light emitting element is detected and an area around the foreign substance is irradiated with laser to remove at least one electrode.
