PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To center an upper unit with respect to three directions of (x, y,θ) with a small mechanism part. SOLUTION: The upper unit of the centering device is mounted to a base through a pair of shafts and a pair of spiral springs and held on a holder having the spiral springs provided on the base.
