PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a discharging device capable of certainly preventing spill-out of articles to be stored. SOLUTION: The discharging device comprises a fixed chute 41 on a lower side, and a moving chute 42 arranged above the fixed chute 41 and guiding the article to be stored dropped from a lower surface opening 5 of a storage container 2 to the fixed chute 41. A first packing 45 is disposed at an upper end of the moving chute 42. The moving chute 42 is constituted to elevate between an upper position where the first packing 45 contacts with a peripheral edge of the lower surface opening 5 of the storage container 2 and a lower position where the first packing 45 is separated from the peripheral edge of the lower surface opening 5 of the storage container 2.
