PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which is capable of preventing the leakage of a content caused by an increase of internal pressure during high-temperature sterilization, and an external force during the distribution or the like, and being easily unsealed. SOLUTION: A spout 1 fixed to a sealed part 11 of a flexible bag-shaped container 10 comprises a cylindrical spout body 2 extending from the inside to the outside of the container 10, and a lid body 3 which is stored in the container 10, and connected to an end at the container inner side of the spout body 2 via a weakened portion 6 to close the end at the container inner side of the spout body 2.
