PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the stability of CVJ axial force of a drive wheel axle and the prevention of the looseness of a nut and accordingly achieve an improvement in the life of a bearing and the improvement of quality as a vehicle. SOLUTION: An axle supporting structure at the drive wheel side is formed by fitting the shaft part 6b of a constant-velocity joint 6 coupled with the axle S in the inner diameter of the spindle of a hub bearing HB comprising at least components of an outer wheel 1 fixed to a vehicle body side N, a hub 3 fixed to a wheel side H, and a rolling element B incorporated between the outer wheel 1 and the hub 3 and allowing the top end 6d of the shaft part to project from the inner diameter of the spindle of the hub bearing HB and fastening and fixing it with the nut 7. The nut seat 7a of the nut 7 and the seat surface 3e of the hub 3 which the nut seat 7a abuts on are respectively formed into a conic shape to keep a small diameter in an inboard direction IB.
