PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label paper excellent in adhesiveness of a substrate and a transparent resin film, having less change of color tone, excellent in water resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance, and having a competitive cost. SOLUTION: The label paper includes a transparent resin film and a substrate, and has a laminated structure in which an adhesive layer is formed between the transparent resin film and the substrate. The transparent resin film has heat sealability, and corona treatment is previously applied. Furthermore, the adhesive layer is formed by applying an adhesive containing a urethane acrylate resin, a monofunctional special acrylate resin, and a photopolymerization initiator.
