Provided is a power source device for a detector, which feeds a plurality of power sources to a detector for detecting a light or radiation. The power source device comprises power source output means for outputting a plurality of power sources, individually, to be fed to the detector, detection means for detecting the power feeding state of an external power feeding source, control means for performing, when it decides an abnormality on the basis of the detection result of the detection means, an abnormal stopping operation to stop the individual power sources of the power source output means in a predetermined sequence, and storage means for feeding, in case the control means decides the abnormality, an electric power to the control means, thereby to allow the control means to perform the abnormal stopping operation. Thus, the power source device can protect the detector, even if the power feed state from the external power feeding source is abnormal, without non-stop power source facilities of large capacities. |
