The sealing element has an expanded rubber rings in one or multiple positions of 360 degrees. The expanded rubber rings are pressed by one or multiple tightening straps in an installing element. The tightening straps are unexpended below strain in a detachable connection area by an adhesive area, a detachable welding position, a hook-and-loop fastener or nano-hook-and-loop fastener technology. An independent claim is also included for a method for sealing and fixed installation of an installing element in a wall opening of outer and inner walls.
