A manhole form is provided to dismantle easily and quickly, to perform dismantlement work easily regardless of skillfulness, and not to equip a ladder separately by arranging a ladder integrally to the inside of a manhole. A manhole form(10) includes a binding frame having a form pin binding hole, a plurality of inner panels(110) formed on the upper, lower, right and left sides of the binding frame, and a ladder form(200) coupled with a plurality of the inner panels to form a closed curve with the outer circumference of the inner form and provided with a ladder member. |
