The system for operating implementation accelerometer an d rate gyroscope are provided to implement the oscillatory type accelerometer by performing the vibration control of the fixed amplitude about the acceleration input shaft of the mass structure. The integrated accelerometer/angular velocity system(110) maintains the amplitude of the mass by using the applied driving voltage. The vibratory signal of each speed axis direction and acceleration axis is detected. The acceleration axis vibratory signal acquisition unit(120) acquires the vibratory signal of the detected acceleration axial direction from the integrated accelerometer/angular velocity system. The amplitude maintenance controller(130) uses the vibratory signal received from the acceleration axis vibratory signal acquisition unit. The acceleration axial deflection maintenance control signal having the fixed vibration amplitude is outputted.
