A method for preparing the instant frozen japchae (mixed dish of vegetables and sliced meat), and the instant frozen japchae prepared by the method are provided to allow the taste similar to that of the directly cook one to be obtained even if it is heated with a microwave oven. A method for preparing the instant frozen japchae comprises the steps of dipping the dried the sweet Chinese noodles in water of 0-65 deg.C for 4 hours; centrifuging it to hydrate it; filling the dehydrated one into the lower part of a container; spreading the material such as spinach, chicken legs, fried egg, carrot, Auricularia auricula-judae, Lentinus edodes, and onion on the upper part of the sweet Chinese noodles; and freezing it at -30 deg.C or less.
