<p>A low nickel-contained austenitic stainless steel which lowers material cost, corresponds to work-hardening capacity, and reduces the process cost, and a production method of the low nickel-contained austenitic stainless steel are provided. A production method of a low nickel-contained austenitic stainless steel comprises the steps of: (a) providing a fixed quantity of metal material consisting of 430 stainless steel scrap, nickel lump, electrolytic manganese, ferro chrome, and copper; (b) melting the metal material in an electric furnace to form a composition ratio; (c) analyzing a sample of a composition in the work field; (d) controlling the composition ratio; (e) controlling temperature of the composition; (f) injecting the composition; and (g) heat-treating the composition. The step(b) comprises properly injecting the metal material into the electric furnace in the order of 430 stainless steel scrap, nickel lump, and electrolytic manganese, and then supplying ferro chrome and copper into the furnace after three injected materials are melted. The step(g) comprises performing heat treatment within a temperature range of about 500 deg.C to about 650 deg.C.</p> |
