A cosmetic composition comprising nanovesicle vitatox is provided to improving moisturizing effect, antioxidative effect and anti-wrinkle effect by including the reactive oxygen scavenger on the basis of nanovesicle. The cosmetic composition having the antioxidant effect and eye wrinkle-improving effect contains vitatox which is prepared by introducing the active ingredients including tocopherol, tocopheryl acetate, grape seed oil, grape seed extract and acetyl hexapeptide-8 into the nanovesicle which is the lipid monolayer vesicle structure comprised of oily ingredient, lecithin, polyol, surfactant and purified water.
