METHOD FOR SEARCHING VISIBLE GEOGRAPHIC OBJECT AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method for searching a visible geographic object and a system thereof are provided to search only a visible geographic object to limit a search target, thereby improving system processing performance and displaying geographic information based on an image. A system for searching a visible geographic object receives an image of a search space area and space sensing information not including distance information(S1210). The system for searching a visible geographic object generates a space inquiry of an unlimited open triangle shape according to the space sensing information(S1220). The system for searching a visible geographic object sequentially searches information from the closest geographic object(S1230). The system for searching a visible geographic object records a search result with regard to the geographic object(S1240). The system for searching a visible geographic object excepts a searched area from a search area(S1250). The system for searching a visible geographic object determines whether search is terminated(S1260). When the search is terminated, the system for searching a visible geographic object displays the search result(S1270).
