A caster having suspension is applied an impact absorbing pad which is the soft agent as the buffering material, vibration and impact can be absorbed. The quality of the caster and reliability of product are improved. A caster having suspension comprises the fixing plate screw-assembled in the lower part of balance; the main bracket(20) pivotally assembled around the z-axis of the fixing plate; and the assisted bracket(30) supported by the buffer member. The buffer member is comprised of 2 or more impact absorbing pads(52,54,56) having the different hardness between the assisted bracket and main bracket.
