A multifunctional exercise cushion is provided, which prevents the vibration from being delivered to the lower layer when exercises in an apartment house. A multifunctional exercise cushion comprises: a cushioning portion(10) which absorbs the impact generated while exercise when performing exercise and prevents delivering of the impact; a step counter(20) which is installed at one end of the cushioning portion and computes amount of exercise; a clock member(40) which is installed in order to confirm the time; an MP3(80) which is installed to listen to music; a piezoelectric element which is installed in order to measure the weight of a cushion user; and a display unit in which the information of the piezoelectric element is transmitted and indicated.
