PICTURE QUALITY EVALUATION METHOD, PROGRAM, AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of stably performing sensory inspection of person's afterimage feeling in a shorter time at a high accuracy of evaluation.

SOLUTION: A speed-changed moving image display part 36-1 repeatedly displays a speed-changed moving picture of which the moving speed is changed in accordance with a moved position of a mobile object on a screen on a liquid crystal television 16 to be evaluated. When a judgment operation detection part 40-1 detects a judgment operation signal when an evaluator seeing the speed-changed moving picture judges an afterimage feeling of the mobile object, a speed map image display part 38-1 switches the display of the speed-changed moving picture to a speed scale indicating a speed corresponding to the moved position of the mobile object on the screen to read out the speed of the position where an afterimage feeling of the speed scale is generated.
