<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system and a method thereof enabling a low-order system to properly recover a recoverable portion irrespective of the state of a high-order system and the stage of a recovering operation by allowing the high-order control site system and the low-order distribution automating system to share real-time the state of a distribution bus bar in the system. <P>SOLUTION: The monitoring control system 1 consisting of a control site system 10 for monitoring and controlling a high-order system and a power distribution automating system 50 is provided with a bus bar information storage means 14 for storing information about the control site system operation state to be outputted from the control site system 10 or the information about the state of the high-order system, and the power distribution automating system 50 executes power distribution automating processing on the basis of the information about the power distribution bus bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
