PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of receiving quality information transmitted from a mobile station device to a base station device, and to control adaptive demodulation coding performed at the base station device to follow an actual channel state of a transmission path even if a channel change on the transmission path is large. SOLUTION: The mobile station device includes a receiving quality measuring portion 111 for measuring the receiving quality of a plurality of channels based on a signal received from the base station device; a receiving quality information measuring portion for calculating a relationship between the receiving qualities measured by the receiving quality measuring portion 111 at different times; and a radio transmission portion 105 for transmitting the information indicating the relationship between the receiving quality information measured by the receiving quality measuring portion 111 and the receiving quality. Meanwhile, the base station device includes a demodulation coding controlling portion 209 for controlling adaptive demodulation coding of the signal transmitted to the mobile station device based on the information indicating the relationship between the receiving quality information and the receiving quality; and a radio transmission portion 205 for transmitting the signal subjected to adaptive demodulation coding control to the mobile station device.
