PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe set for drainage quickly and easily installable and surely applicable even when the hole is rough, and also to provide a construction method for drainage. SOLUTION: This pipe set for drainage for draining underground water from an earth during a tunneling operation comprises: a drain pipe 20 having a filter; a tubular packer 30 having a sealing part 36 and having an end part connected to connected to the drain pipe 20; and a connection part 40 for connecting the drain pipe and the packer. The packer 30 is of an expanded tube type in which a recessed part is protruded and enlarged in diameter by internal pressing. The sealing part 36 can destroy a sealing when necessary, and is not destroyed under the pressure required for enlarging the diameter of the packer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
