PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and axially move a tube in a pipe-in-pipe construction method. SOLUTION: This carrier is used for carrying pipes. The carrier comprises: a holder 22 on which wheels are supported; and a means 23 binding the holder 22 onto the outer surface of the pipe 12.
