PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a program, and an information storage medium, capable of adjusting the ball putting out rate or the number of obtained balls with easy processing while maintaining expectations of good luck with respect to a game. SOLUTION: The regulated number of charged tokens can be set within a range from a minimum number of charged tokens to a maximum number of charged tokens, an allotment of minor winning combinations is set so that a difference between the allotment of minor winning combinations and the regulated number of charged tokens differs for every regulated number of charged tokens, a payout data operating means 174 operates a ball putting out rate indicating a rate of the number of paid out tokens against the number of charged tokens or the number of acquired tokens to be a difference between the number of paid out tokens and the number of charged tokens.
