PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely-sealable opening/closing mechanism, a sealing fastener, a slider, and a sealing bag equipped with the opening/closing mechanism. SOLUTION: Tape-side engaging portions 13 and 23 are formed on the outside surfaces, on the other side of the inside surface provided with a protrusive streak 12 or a recessed streak 22, of base portions 11 and 21 of the sealing fastener C, respectively. The slider 3, which can move in the longitudinal direction of the sealing fastener C, is equipped with engaging claws 33 and 33 for being engaged with the engaging portions 13 and 23, respectively. The slider 3 is formed in such a shape that a distance between the engaging pawls 33 and 33 is set relatively long on the broad side, as a one-end side on the basis of the longitudinal direction of the sealing fastener C, of the slider 3, and set relatively short on the narrow side as the other-end side.
