PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes drying appliance capable of holding a frame body to a horizontal state even when a hook position and positions of a wall and a window are different in distance and enabling a user to easily dry clothes with one hand. SOLUTION: The clothes drying appliance is provided in which a rectangular frame body 1 is equipped with a plurality of pinches (k), a hook base 3, and a hook 4 equipped in the hook base 3, and the clothes drying appliance is characterized in that: a hanging member has a pair of first and second wire members 2a and 2b placed opposite to each other on the frame body 1; the first and second wire members 2a and 2b are each formed into mountain shapes by rise-possible materials and have respective leg parts freely rotatably joined to corner parts of the frame body 1; the hook base 3 is freely slidably disposed in the direction in which the first and second wire members 2a and 2b rotate by top parts of the respective first and second wire members 2a and 2b being freely rotatably joined to a long hole 3b formed on both end parts in the longitudinal direction; and the hook 4 is freely movably provided towards the longitudinal direction of the hook base 3.
