PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread uses of a vacuum cleaner and to be useful by winding a sheet around an electric brush incorporated in a suction tool and performing wiping in the vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: In order to wind the sheet 50 around the peripheral surface of a rotary brush 25, the rotary brush 25 is rotated in a prescribed direction at a prescribed rotating speed by a brush motor 44, and a motor-driven blower 42 is activated after the lapse of the prescribed time from the rotation of the rotary brush 25.
