PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time to stop the microcomputer of a control circuit since electrostatic energy is supplied to the control circuit even after a relay is turned off during an operation and an AC power source is cut off in the case of a circuit configuration provided with a capacitor having a large capacitance in an inverter circuit and a power source circuit for supplying a DC voltage. SOLUTION: When a power-on switch is on, a discharge circuit from the capacitor is formed and a current detection circuit outputs energizing signals by discharge from the capacitor. The control circuit becomes operable when a voltage supplied from the power source circuit is a prescribed value or higher, and when the power-on switch is turned on in a period during which the electrostatic energy is supplied to the control circuit after the relay is turned off during the operation and the AC power source is cut off, the energizing signals from the current detection circuit are received and the relay is turned on again.
