<p>Pharmaceutical sustained release composition comprising at least one active agent(s), or its tautomeric forms, analogues, isomers, polymorphs, solvates, or salts thereof; preferably an antiviral active agent is provided. Also provided is a process of preparation of such composition and method of using them. The sustained release compositions of the present invention are able to deliver the active agent in a desired manner for an extended period of time.</p> |
