METHOD FOR THE PURIFICATION OF A GAS CONTAINING CO2, USING AN ADSORPTION PURIFICATION UNIT

The invention relates to a method for the purification of a feed gas stream containing CO2 and at least one impurity selected from water, SOx and NOx, comprising the following successive steps: a) a pre-treatment step; b) a compression step; and c) a step in which the CO2-enriched purified gas stream is recovered in liquid, gaseous or supercritical form. The invention is characterised in that a purification step is performed between steps (a) and (c), using at least a first bed of NOx- and/or SOx-neutral adsorbents having adsorption properties enabling at least the partial elimination of the water.
