<p>The element has a node (102) that receives guiding signals from a master node (104) and transmitted guiding signals from a proxy node. The proxy node transmits the transmitted guiding signals during time slot to one of the transmitted guiding signals to which the proxy node is assigned. A node is formed to select either the guiding signal or the transmitted guiding signal and to analyze the selected signal for determining time slot reserved for node access requirements. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for communicating via a network (2) a computer-readable medium for storing a program for implementing a method for communicating via a network.</p>
