The method involves converting kinetic energy arising at a mobile component into electrical energy by an energy converter (E). The electrical energy is produced directly on a mobile component (T). The kinetic energy produced by low pressure of a door handle and/or an upward motion of the door handle is used for energy production. The kinetic energy produced by the rotary motion of a window collar/window handle at a window element or produced by the pivoting motion of the mobile component is used for electrical energy production. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing electrical energy in a mobile component.
