The method involves providing a high breaking line (5) in a form of a sealing structure ahead and behind a sealing element (4). The breaking line is filled with a ballast, which is fixed ahead and behind the sealing structure. The sealing structure is clamped on both the sides by the ballast filling, and a large diameter borehole (6) is guided into upper ends of the high breaking line. A conveyor device is installed in the large diameter borehole for the ballast filling.
