A health shoe having multi-stage cushion function is provided, which does not induce the discontinuous impact to the ankle, the leg and the body. A health shoe comprises: an upper side supporting protrusion(110) of the linear type panel form which is installed between a midsole(3) and an outsole(4); an upper pad(100) arranged in turns with the outside space part; a lower surface supporting protrusion(210) of the linear type panel form which is installed at the location corresponding to the upper side supporting protrusion of the upper pad; a bottom pad(200) arranged in turns with the outside space part; a flat plane formed in upper part of both sides of the lower surface supporting protrusion; a space part formed in the center; and an integration inner space part. |
