MULTI BEAM LASER APPARATUS AND BEAM SPLITTER

The multi beam laser apparatus and beam splitter is provided to obtain a plurality of outgoing beams from the laser beam using the reflective mirror and one beam splitter. The multiple beam laser unit(20) comprises the light source, the laser beam(L) and the reflective mirror(21), and the beam spliter(22). The reflective mirror is mutually the beam splitter in parallel. The laser beam oscillated from the light source is incident to the predetermined incident angle in the reflective mirror and is reflected with the corresponding reflection angle. The beam reflected with the reflective mirror is progressed towards the beam splitter. The beam splitter divides the beam into the penetration and reflect beam. The penetration beam is outputted to outside. And the reflect beam is progressed to the reflective mirror.
