A tire is provided to improve the ride comfort by scattering impact delivered from the surface using a plurality of insert pipes keeping the load. A tire comprises the wheel(100); the inner wheel(200) inserted in the outer circumference of above wheel; the outer wheel(300) which is arranged to be located with the inner wheel; and a plurality of first insert pipes(400) is arranged between the tire inner wheel and tire outer-race and consisting of the polyurethanes material. Tire more includes the second insert pipe which is built in the inner circumference of a plurality of first insert pipes.
