CORTICAL RHYTHMIC ACTIVITY MONITERING SYSTEM BASED ON EEG
摘要
A cortical rhythmic activity monitoring system based on EEG(Electroencephalography) is provided to show distribution of current source activated in the brain of an under test person in real time accurately by minimizing distortion of EEG signals and anatomical information through an inverse problem technique. A data collecting part(110) receives MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) data of an under test person brain from user. The data collecting part measures the EEG signal or the MEG(Magnetoencephalography) signal of an under test person(10). The data collecting part measures location information about the anatomical boundary of the electrode adhered to the head unit of the under test person and the under test person brain by using the three-dimensional digitizer. A pre-processor(120) receives MRI data and the location information about the anatomical boundary of the electrode and under test person brain from data collecting part and produces an inverse operator for modeling the brain cortical rhythmic activity of the under test person through a linear extrapolation method. A real time processing part(130) comprises a FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) unit(132), a frequency domain minimum norm estimation unit(134) and a visualization processing unit(136).
