<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processing device for separating an object to be removed from food and sterilizing the food more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The food processing device 11 is provided with a processing basket 12 held up to the outer part of a water tank 13 inside the water tank 13, a shoot 21 formed at one side edge of the processing basket 13, a side edge opening part 22 formed at the other side edge part, a water delivery device 31 formed at a prescribed position of the water tank 13, and a step part 41 formed at the bottom part of the processing basket 12, wherein a step surface 42 of the step part 41 is arranged so as to direct water flow produced by the water delivery device 13 in a direction receiving the water flow, a fulcrum pin 24 is provided as a rotation center when the processing basket 12 turns in slant, a support plate 25 is projectingly set up at a position higher than the fulcrum pin 24, a turning arm 15 one end of which is fixed to a driving device 14 is arranged along both end surfaces of the processing basket 12, the fulcrum pin 24 is turnably connected with a support part 15a in the vicinity of its ends, and desired intervals are provided between an arm tip end part 15b and the support plate 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
