<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic machine monitoring system, capable of appropriately responding to the failure of an automatic machine. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a monitoring server 103 which intensively monitors and remotely controls the automatic machine 101; and a monitoring client 105 connected to the monitoring server 103. The monitoring server 103 includes a receiving means 107 which receives failure information related to a failure of the automatic machine 101 from the automatic machine 101; a storage means 104 which stores the failure information received by the receiving means 107; a determination means 110 which determines, based on the failure information stored in the storage means 104, a priority of restoration response to the failure of the automatic machine 101; and a screen formation means 112 which forms, according to the priority of failure response determined by the determination means 110, a screen to be displayed on a display part 200 of the monitoring client 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
