PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send to a municipality various payment information generated when a payer pays public money via various public money handling institutions so as to facilitate operation or confirmation in the municipality.

SOLUTION: A public money receipt management system 10 comprises means for receiving information necessary for public money receipt from a municipality, means for recording the basic information for each subject, means for receiving payment information for subjects whose public money payment is completed by payers via public money handling institutions from the public money handling institutions, means for recording the payment information along with a funding date of funding to the municipality's account for the subjects whose payment information has been received among the subjects whose basic information has been recorded, means for extracting subjects whose funding date is the same from the subjects whose payment information has been recorded, means for consolidating the payment information for the extracted subjects to create confirmation information to be reported to the municipality, and means for sending the created confirmation information to the municipality.
