The mobile phone 2 takes in and stores settlement information for electronic settlement when electronic settlement is performed. When the mobile phone receives a request signal from a riding support device 30, and determines the contents of riding support from the most recent settlement information, it generates a riding support signal for the contents of riding support, adds it to an ID code signal, and transmits the ID code to the riding support device 30.
