<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction sensor controller which can use any of a flow sensor and pressure sensor to find whether an electronic component has been sucked to a nozzle or not. <P>SOLUTION: The suction sensor controller is applied to a device for vacuum sucking an electronic component through a nozzle for transportation. A suction detection sensor 25 can use any of a pressure sensor and flow sensor. A sensor characteristics storing part 33 of the suction sensor controller 26 stores the characteristics data of the pressure sensor and that of the flow sensor. Regardless of either the pressure sensor or the flow sensor is used as the suction detecting sensor, whether an electronic component has been sucked to the nozzle or not is judged based on the sensor characteristics and a sensor output value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
