PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device carrying a TTL type OVF while having a thin and lightweight structure. SOLUTION: The imaging device has a first optical member 201 provided with a first face 201a, and a second optical member 1 provided with a second face 1a and movable between a first position, wherein the second face is separated apart from the first face, and a second position wherein the second face is brought close to the first face beyond the first position. While the second optical member is in the first position, light from an object is totally reflected by the first face to be led to an imaging element 103. While the second optical member is in the second position, a part of light from the object is reflected by the first face to be led to the imaging element, and another part of the light is transmitted through the first and second faces to be led to an ocular optical system 3.
