摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a device by making frequency error detection accurate by improving SYNC pattern detection accuracy. SOLUTION: The device is provided with: a sampling clock counter part 202 reset in peak detection timing of the peak hold circuit 201 of a reproduced signal; a circuit 203 for obtaining a wavelength detecting signal when the sampling value of the reproduced signal is within the range of an predicted peak value; an output part 204 for obtaining data for measuring predicted position for measuring SYNC pattern position; a circuit 205 for confirming whether the SYNC pattern appears within the predicted range or not using the data for measuring predicted position; a circuit 206 for obtaining a SYNC candidate detection flag when output results of the circuit 203 and the circuit 205 have fixed relation; a circuit 207 for outputting the next peak value as a failure peak value when a count value from a peal value detection point of time to the next peak value detection point of time is deviated from the SYNC pattern predicted position; and a circuit 208 for adjusting width of a predicted wavelength window in a wide direction when the present peak value of this time is larger than the failure peak value, and performing dynamic processing in which width is not widened more than needed when it is small.
