PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide luminous clothing accessories, luminous clothing fiber and a luminous garment using them, which exhibit originality to freely demonstrate individual characteristics by each wearer without sticking to a design of the garment itself, and which enable the differentiation from other garments. SOLUTION: The luminous clothing accessories are attached to a garment such as a Western garment, a Kimono or an Obi, and has a structure constituted by an attachment part, a power source and a luminous body connected to the power source. The fiber is woven into clothing fibers of the Western garment, Kimono, Obi or the like, includes an optical fiber, and has a structure where at least one light-leaking part is provided at predetermined parts of the optical fiber. The luminous clothing accessories and the luminous clothing fibers enable creation of variety of garments with luminous accessories.
