PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based coating material composition forming a coating film having excellent heat resistance, film hardness, adhesive strength and corrosion resistance by drying for a short time. SOLUTION: The water-based coating material composition comprises a plurality of aqueous polyorganosiloxane resins at least one of which is an aqueous silicone emulsion resin forming a silicone rubber coating film by the evaporation of water.
