PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step holder mounting structure of a motorcycle capable of improving appearance seen from outside without hiding a mounting bolt with a rear cowl or the like. SOLUTION: In the step holder mounting structure of the motorcycle, a step holder 70 for supporting an occupant's step 71 is provided in a seat rail 64 extending rearward of a main frame 62.
